A Full day of Coast to Coast Fundamentals, Skills, and Practice, There will be an assessment at the end of the day for those that wish to attempt it that will be charged seperately.
Bring thermals, towel, change of clothes, water bottle and any of your own kayak gear that you wish. Everything else will be provided including a wetsuit.
